I've got lots of projects like where i need to edit the flash files,basically i am buying a large number of ready made templates from template monster & stuff, the point is i need some one who can edit the content of the flash files that come along with template.
I would pay 5$ per flash template.

which you can edit here.

basically the changes will be something like
changing the buttons (home,aboutus ,services,solutions,contactus etc...), & changing the company name on the top (where probusiness is written). & the slogan (Trust Our Experience to manage your business).
