Flash banner with php function

Hi,

I'm looking for someone who can create a flash banner with an built in emailfunction. The design is already set.

The banner should be pretty easy;

1. Select one of two options; I want to buy a house or I want to sell a house.
2. Email formular for name, email, adress.
3. Thank you.

Hi,
I can do this work for $40. Payment via Paypal. You can pay me after the work is completed.
This is how it will work.
The flash file will submit the input values to a php form hosted in the same server/domain (unless you want to host PHP elsewhere).
The PHP file will parse the data, show error message if there is any error. If no errors - the submitted details will be sent to your desired email address.
