flah player for windows 7??

guys i have windows 7 installed on my pc and i like it so fa.
but the problem is that i dont know how to watch flv and swf videos
on my pc, i tried both adobe flash player and shockwave and nothing works
what should i do?? any software that i can use to watch videos on this formats?

Just right-click the file, open in->firefox
