Flagging Youtube Copyright Violating Videos

The first 2 pages of results for my keywords are videos that are all copyright violations, they are listening portions of major publishing house's textbooks, they have been up for a year so I'm guessing the publishing companies don't know or don't care. Is there any way to flag them for copyright violation and get the videos removed? Any services?

Have you tried reporting the videos to Youtube? You can tell them about the copyright violations. If you have, and they don't want to take them down then you'll probably just have to leave it.
