Issue: cannot raise account 'awareness' at all

So I have an account with a little less than 10k followers which mostly consists of ghost followers/fake followers. This is because I bought fake followers when I was a noob and used f/u method which did nicely until my engagement got obliberated.
I removed alot of fake followers already (at 9k now) and engaging existing followers but the engagement still has not shot up.
I bought powerlikes but these don't seem to do anything even though I got told they would.
It is also a business account which I heard is bad?

Is this account lost or something? Engagement keeps being bad whatever I do.
My question to the people with knowledge abour this. What are your suggestions?

Not really experienced enough to help you with your problem, but why is a business profile bad?

Not a pro myself but if this is an account with almost 9k fake followers out of 9k, then it's pretty useless. Open a new one.
