A friend set up normal ads and ran normal ads for several days, then got flagged and has to verify his identity.
I set up a brand new account and spent $10/day on ads, and got flagged on the first day and have to verify my details as well.
Why is this happening? We aren't even cloaking ads were linking to a page with an article on it...
