is there a way i can make FL follow users certain hours of the days then unfollow again diff hours of the day?

Try this:

- You can make 2 different projects: Follow / Unfollow. But that needs manual switching.
Edit: Open FL twice, 2 different projects: 1 following 1 unfollowing. Set times.

- You can choose to unfollow after all your followings have been done, but that's not really an answer on your question.
