FL - Instagram Setup - Noob Alert

Hey guys daily watcher - first time poster.

I've been researching FollowerLiker seems like easy stuff right!? Well...I have a confession. I don't understand how to create instagram accounts through proxies! Ive spent hours researching and it looks like everybody has different things to say!

I understand theres a blue stacks technique but seems sketch. Is there anyone who sets up FollowerLikers for a price? Or charges a service fee to get this done? Im looking to create 50-100 accounts total. Or can anyone recommend a solid way to get this done? Really looking forward to setting up my FL today, just need a little help setting up accounts!
