FL error message: "You've been blocked from favoriting this user's tweets" ???????????

Got the following error message from FollowLiker:

"You've been blocked from favoriting this user's tweets."

What does that mean? Is this just the result of some general privacy setting they have? Did they block me specifically? Did Twitter?

You probably followed the account via FL and realized you're spam and blocked you, FL didn't catch this until the follow up favorite. I block spam accounts on my personal all the time when they follow me
