FL best settings to use?

Hello everyone! I wanted to know what are the best settings you use in FL? Want to use it on my main account I have, which has close to 1.5k followers on it. Also had it for about 2 years. I have looked around the forum for several settings, but i am not sure on what settings to really use! Since m new what are the best settings to use for now and then maybe boost it up after. Really appreciate anyone who helps me out!

Your account is old, so you shouldn't have any problems using boosted settings from the start

Follow around 800-1000 per day, keep the default delay, unfollow around the same, and once again keep the default delay

I've been using these settings on some older accounts (5 months+) recently and I haven't had any problems
