FL being really weird with retweets

Is it me or is the retweet function on FL real really tricky?? Or is it broke? I can't get the settings to do what I want. I've got a few accounts set to retweet other accounts. I want them to retweet a tweet every half hr to hr and a half and I reflected that in my settings. I have two users that I want to retweet. I want it to alternate accounts that it tweets..... But for both accounts they are acting very strange. They are only retweeting one account.... One account isn't retweeting any accounts all of a sudden. I thought it was a problem in how I was scraping because I had it set to scrape like 40 photos at a time. So I figured that if I changed the setting to scrape only 1 photo then it would alternate and only grab one photo from each account. Wrong. I went so far to change it to how tweet adder is set up...... Set the accounts to retweet every few seconds and only scrape the top results, hopefully not retweeting anything when there is no new tweet. But with that setting they just constantly retweet. One account that I want to retweet is set to tweet every hour and the other one is set to tweet every 3 hours. How can I retweet the new tweets as soon as they are tweeted?

i bought this software because of my good experience with FL for instagram. Safe to say that the twitter software doesnt hold up the same end of the bargain?
