Hello, i first knew this guy over a comment on some thread in bhw, when I checked his account I saw feedbacks that he is providing insider service spy, I talked with him, and he offered a cooperation and him and his friend, they asked me to send payments to get results, then they stopped responding eaither here in BHW, or tg, and before sending payments I even asked him to text me here in bhw to save proof if they scam, so they can get their account removed from BHW.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I have contacted him several times here and on tg , also his partner, they stopped responding after payment, they even mentioned they have result ready, but they stopped responding and they didnt send me neither the spies or my refund!

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?

Information For The Accused
@DavyDonez, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

BTW, Folks, this person has had at least one other account that was banned for failing to resolve a dispute.

That's staff only.

I'm not even the one who caught that, but doing some due diligence after the ban, I was gifted with notes left by another staff member about their, at least one, previous account.

They didn't tie it to this account, but now they are tied together with the data points we found.
