Fixing the Google Auto-suggest

Hey guys,

Any recommendations on which auto-mated programs can be used to fix the Google Auto-suggest?

I know I can just use macros to automate the process of re-sending a query over and over again.
But what I need is software that will submit the query then switch IPs (proxy it up) repeatedly. It'd be awesome if I could schedule the frequency of the queries as well - 100 an hour during regular work hours. Less during the wee hours of the night.
