How do I go about fixing google crawl errors on Webmaster tools?

Particularly pages that don't exist anymore.. can I somehow tell google to ignore them?

Recreate the sitemap, resubmit the sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools, wait.

If the page NEEDS to be removed, you can request page deletion from Google.

What about specifying the direct url in robots.txt?
Its not in the sitemap that's the point.. Because it was from the previous domain owner'ss use

301 all non exhistant pags to real pages in yr CP. I did a major site change about 6 months ago and googles still reporting all pages as crawl errors. They advise not to worry, but I 301'd them all anyway.
(and what a boring fucking day that was - over 800 pages)

This drives me crazy in GWT, it keeps reporting dead links that i know 100% arent there, or i have either already removed them in GWT or set 301 redirects
