fixing a laptop

Hi. I've made progress on all our computers. by that i mean i took them tok a shop. I'm working on a Toshiba to try to get it on the internet. It says hardware summary:wireless hardware is not bound to transport server.

Also i found a go flex home mini dlna on linux media server on the computer that magically connects to the internet on a second device. yet I can't access into that linux internet.
