You need to post these requests here in this forum: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/
Also, if someone with a Yellow username colour sends you a PM selling any type of services, don't buy from them and report it to a Mod. There is a strong chance that they can scam you in return for your money.
Only buy from people with a Blue username as they are Jr. Vip and are allowed to sell their services here.
