Fix meta details for a website

Hello, about 3 days back I noticed that the meta title and description for my website disappeared from google search result. Anytime I search for the domain keyword, i see this:
"No information is available for this page.
Learn why"

I've been using yoast plugin, then when I noticed this, I uninstalled and used all in one seo plugin, but the same result.
