The meta has been plagued with silly bugs lately, luckily I haven't encountered this one yet
 
You can try the following steps
1. Review your ad: Edit your ad if necessary to fix the violations.
2. Check your payment account
3. Contact Meta support
4. Appeal if you believe your ad was unfairly suspended
 
Try to wait a bit and give the system some time to "settle." Sometimes such errors are temporary, and after a short break, the issue may resolve itself. Try the operation again later, it might help
 
Have you looked into the system error? Sometimes, there can be a system error on Facebook's side that causes ads to be paused for no apparent reason.

some accounts can't fix, i tried many times but don't work
 
Ad on hold despite payment? Check your email, Payment Center, and try contacting Meta Support Chat. If no response, change payment method or create a new ticket.
