FIX HOLD ADVERTISING ACCOUNT

Add new card + create new ad
Step 1: Turn off all old camps
Step 2: Add a new card (prioritize unused cards, the success rate will be higher) and the card has > 20$
For HOLD accounts that have not been approved, click Approve, after approval it will show the words ("Try hold again") then stop there (for accounts that already show the words "Try hold again", you do not need to do this step)
Step 3: Create a 1:1:1 interactive camp with nature photos, budget 1$ (leave all as default and click post)
Wait for the camp to change to the status Under review, then go back to the payment settings and press F5 again, if successful, the words "Try hold again" will no longer exist
Step 4: After the words "Try hold again" disappear, go back to the campaign section and increase the budget of the $1 camp to $10, or you can leave the $1 camp as it is and then create Everyone's main camp and set the budget to $10, click post and run both camps in parallel
Step 5: When both campaigns are active and making money, everyone checks and pays 2 bills manually, each bill is about $1

For advertising accounts with the "Try hold again" status, you can still fix that error, but if used for a long time, the account may continue to have the "Try hold again" error
