We had a webstore application built by a company that no longer exists. Can't contact the original programmer. The site was hacked into several months ago, and was restored (almost) by the original developers (still existed at the time). We noticed after the restore that we couldn't upload photos to one of the webstores (2 stores were built - one for our company & a very similar one for our large client). We have no problem uploading/changing photos on our store, but can't on the clients store. Some code is obviously missing. Since the two stores are almost exactly the same, we think it would be a relitively easy fix for somone w/ code writing ability to compare scripts and fix/insert the proper coding the the defective site.
