Fix audio in a video

I recorded this podcast on Audacity. Unfortunately it recorded really distorted and could not be used. The audio that is in the video is actually from the camera that was recording. I am not sure if it can be fixed to any decent degree. I have had a couple people try, but when the reduce the hum that you here, the voices no longer sound good.

So if you can make this sound significantly better without distorting our voices, i would be interested. Please let me know if you can and what your price would be through Paypal
