Fix 2 buttons in opencart

For some reason in opencart on the checkout page, I hit continue to register an account, and it takes me nowhere, doesnt change pages, has a loading image for a second and notihing else happens after that.

The same problem happens when I am to continue on the shipping instructions (Step 3 in the checkout process)

I could probably help with this too, but I have to inform you that it might require some time to find the root cause of the issue and fix it.
