If you have not done it yet, you will have to learn which may take 1-2 days or you may use ready to use tools which helps you to build animated video without learning the basics. Instead of learning new things, you should find out what skills you have right now and use that skill to come out with new service

If you can sell a digital product, that's worth it because you don't have to spend a lot of time with each order. A lot of jobs require a lot of effort - like design, audio related etc, and it's not really worth doing for $5, if you can't get them to pay for extras.

Whatever skill you have sale it toooooo cheap at the beginning. When you get good rating in your service increase your price.

Designing and photo editing works are going very well, as per my personal experience the beginning time It's harder to get order.
But after I decided to give more offers for less amount I got more orders. after getting more orders you can reduce your offers.
off course there is too much of competition but If you are doing your service at perfect manner then there is no problem.

Not groundbreaking advice but do what you know. I write a lot about martial arts and boxing for unpaid websites and decided to put up a gig on Fiverr a while back. Made $80 for work I enjoy. Couple of tips too. Took it down now as I'm busy but got more work than I anticipated.
