For the most part (95%) these followers and views are tend to be fake because it's the easiest way to provide this type of services.

In my opinion, 80% of the facebook fans are fake ( like others said, they use clickjacking, etc ), and the 20% are real fans ( website promotion, etc, but not in a huge number of fans ). But, anyway, the general idea of buying fake fans is to make a good autorithy page.

It's social engineering. Don't order likes/followers from fiverr for actual traffic. It's so when you get actual traffic you'll look more popular than you are. People are much more likely to follow somebody with 10,000 followers than 10. We call this "faking it 'til you make it".
