Question, anyone got banned from fiverr before? and if so how to get unbanned or go around it on a new account. Anyone got knowledge on that?

Your identity, IP, device, and MAC address are banned for life.
You can still sell on Fiverr by using someone else's identity. These people are called signers. You can start with your family members, as suggested previously.
You will also need AdsPower and a mobile proxy so you can emulate a completely different device, IP, and browser. This is what we do on Etsy to open multiple stores

they are really smart, can find u by IP, if you used same ID to signup in past, by the domain used to create the account...
you better off signing up again on your phone if you used pc , use mobile data and use sombody elses ID
