Fiverr withdraw problems

Hello everybody.I had an account on fiverr .In one day,i can't access my account,and wrote to support.
They answered me :
Hello ~~~~~,
We are unable to reinstate your account at this time.
Users who violate our Terms of Service and get their account permanently blocked can receive their revenues (if any) after a safety clearing period.
Please contact us again in 45 to 90 days. We will allow you to withdraw revenues you may have left in your account at that time, after an account verification process.

After 45 days i wrote them,but i didn't have any response .Tryed from another mail to write them ( Hello,for what my account was blocked )
In answer i got the same message and when i wrote them that i want to withdraw my revenues they don't response me . It was about a week ago and i still don't get any response .
In that account wasn't so many money (40$) but they are my first money .
Please somebody help me what to do .

Not being nasty but there trying to say you broke the rules .....
So they are stalling you because you broke the rules ...
You have a right to your money but is gonna take you a lot of time and trying to get it.
Id just forget about it if it was me if i cheated on fiverr and got banned id forget ti and move on but thats just me......

I understand but i don't violate the rules
I asked them ,what i don't make as the rule ,but they don't respond me ..

Other ideas ,somebody ?
