can copied fiverr gig image and description data be pasted on upwork? if we do soo then either one account can be blocked?

Why would it get banned?
You'll have to alter it a bit to meet each site's requirements (such as character limits), and it's recommended to change the ratio of images to fit better, but you won't get banned even if you copied everything.

Are they doing gigs at upwork?
Does that even work for anyone doing that at upwork?
I know upwork is trying to break into fiverrs gig monopoly for years.

If you know the work and how to do it, both place is great. But for the new comer, if you can make the proper gig, Fiverr is the best
