Well... unfortunately the same applies to BHW.
Never used upwork.
Fiverr has gems but it takes a lot of time to go through all the gigs there to find them.

Hmm, I would always prefer BHW - If there is a Service on BHW and there are 350 Sites of Reviews and Comments on it, and you can see over several sites, that this Service is providing a value, you can be sure about that this service is 100x times better than Fiverr or Upwork.

Between the two of them, I prefer Upwork, but if I can give a third option, I would always choose BHW

It's about the platform but the database of sites that an individual or an agency holds for guest posting. You can find a great freelancer on Fiverr and get compromised sites on Upwork or vice versa. If you have the clarity as to what sort of links, niche, or target outcome you're looking to achieve, you have a better chance of striking a great deal.
