Fiverr twitter follower methods? anything I am missing?

I have tweetadder and I have used it to build some of my accounts to 2000+ followers using the followback method and the follow then unfollow method.

Is there any other way to get followers beside having them follow you because you provide good content?

Every person on Fiverr wants my password to get these followers they are promising - I am not into giving my password because I have serious communication with my members through my DM

Use reply, retweets if you aren't already.

One question: How long did it take to get 2.000 followers?

2000 followers took a couple of months - #teamfollowback I used a lot in my tweets - follow for a follow not really hard + some fairly interesting content .

realistically if you focus you can get easily 100 followers a day with this method - and more than that if you push it -
I am just not trying to get my accounts banned.

Well I have been using twiends for a couple hours now. I am up to 42 followers but now everytime I go to the site it says they are down. It does the same thing with subxcess
