HeyI'm having trouble with fiverr, I've never sold anything on fiverr before and thought it would be fun to write articles for people. I am English and will research any topic required. The problem is, no one is even seeing my add so I'm not getting any sales. I know you guys will tell me not to do something that's not virtually hands free on fiverr but I need to get some cash to start with. I also genuinely enjoy writing. I'm wondering if I need to use back links for my add or something?Thanks in advanceI will also be on skype this evening Pergamon123

To be honest, i think the issue you may find with that, is that the market for article writing on fiverr is saturated. Ask yourself this, what would make someone want to buy articles from you, as opposed to a seller with a tonne of positive feedback and sales under their belt. You need to offer something different and unique.
 
I would but I need to get to $30 first!
 
Most of the article writers are outsourcing to people who can barely string a sentence together, I feel my unique selling point is that I'll be the only one from an English speaking country who will actually put time in to make a good article!
 
I wish Fiverr accepted other payment methods besides paypal. That is a big putoff for me.
 
See on the right green widget - there you will find what people want to buy. The information is refreshed almost each second. Find person that need writer and make an offer. On the newer fiverr beta is even easy - you can search for what buyers want and can send them direct link to your gig with 1 click. Share the gig using the social buttons too.

If your gig is something like "I will write manual 2x500 words article for $5", don't expect too many orders and interest at all. If you provide just 1 x400 words article, the interest will be bigger, because this is the normal price.
 
I tried offering people my gig, the only slight problem is I can only do this once per day on the beta. I am offering a 400 word article. I will keep trying, thanks!

Than switch to the old version. Keep trying!
 
Best way to get attention is to get reviews/Exchange them/create them by yourself. This way you will increase people trust and start getting first orders. Also keep your title catchy as possible
