Well with regard to your actual page, having "ur" instead of "your" in the sales title will drastically reduce clicks. People won't see your service as professional. Your title is also a little confusing; the average Fiverr user will have no idea what you're talking about. Try improving the sales text itself as well. Be catchy and concise, use attention-grabbing language etc.
In response to your actual question, as far as I can tell, Fiverr uses a combination of service age (recent is better), orders and rating. The latter two being the most important. Users also tend to rank services by rating only in order to get the best quality services. Initially, use Twitter and Facebook to get people to visit your page. You can use @reply tweets to send people your services without even having them as your follower. Once the orders start trickling in, suggest your customers rate your service. If you provide quality, they will always give you a good review (I'm still 100% positive after 80 orders).
Although I must say it is tough offering SEO services as so many people are doing it. However, if you cut your traffic out of Facebook and Twitter that shouldn't matter. It will take a long time before you go up in the Fiverr SERPS as you will have to get more ratings than the top service.
It's also possible to rank sales pages in Google if you're know what you're doing.
