guys
after testing various strategies on fiverr, i have found one which I hope will every seller
so if you are selling a gig which has a 3-4 day deliver period but you do it way before the deadline then do not deliver right then. what you need to do is message the buyer with the work as attachment and ask him/her if any modification is required. after making any changes if asked by him/her you must deliver the order near the deadline to maintain a queue for your orders as long as possible.
This will help you get more orders as people after seeing the queue think that if everyone is ordering the gig then it must be good.
This strategy works guaranted !!

Well it is always IF. If someone see it he will make order but my gigs are not clickable yet.

yea, i've noticed this too, if you have at least 1 or more orders in queue, you'll get orders for the same gig with a higher chance than if you don't, so it is best, if you can find the healthy balance between delivering your orders in time and keeping them in queue

I have noticed this too and it's already a part of my strategy. However, you have to avoid any orders actually being late. I also try to understand how the buyer thinks, in some cases delivering the order a lot faster than stated in the description gets the client hooked and he will keep coming back.

It's not true at all. Fiverr are all time changing their search tool and algorithm, and now a lot of gigs which has more than 100 orders in queue, are not seen in the search, neither in Recommended or High Rated.
Here is the quot from my discussion with Fiverr Customer Support: "Too many orders in queue will remove your gig from search depending on the delivery time or it will decrease the visibility."

It seems good but my problem is i can't get first order as my ads are so low in the ranking that nobody visits their.

Imagine you must complete 100 orders and contacting evey buyer for pre-approval. 50% of them will even not contacting you back on time.

When the buyers are happy from the results they almost always come back. Very few buyers escapes when you deliver late ot very late.

well, if you have more than 100 orders in queue, you'd better to worry about delivering your orders in time than worry about getting new orders, with which you will lower the number of orders in queue, so your gig can get back in the search and you'll start getting orders again, it's a logical decision from fiverr to temporarily prioritize other gigs in this case imho, just think about what would happen if they let the gig stay in the search and accumulate orders with no boundaries, how would you deliver thousands of orders in time?

what OP, others and me also mentioned above does work, maybe not for 100 orders in queue, but for even 1 or 10 for sure, i'm with fiverr since the very beginning and this is one of the few things which has never changed
