I have a question about filing taxes for Fiverr. I am filling out a 1099-MISC and putting the net amount I made last year in box 7 (nonemploymee comp). I got a 1099-MISC from clickbank and they had a Federal ID number, do I need one of these for Fiverr? From what I have seen there is none and since I am doing this one myself and they weren't the one sending me the 1099 I'm a bit confused.

Can I just put in for payee name: Fiverr and then on box 7 put the net income and then be finished with that?
