Fiverr support is TERRIBLE

    Every time I try to modify a gig on Fiverr, I get errors for no reason. I just tried to remove extras from one of my gigs, and I can't do it. I open a ticket, one of the reps asks me for a screenshot, I send it -- they transfer to a different rep that says "you're getting that error because the title and description for your extras is missing". Well DUH that's why I opened the ticket because I want to remove the extra, thanks for stating the obvious. Then I'm getting a bunch of other errors that make no sense saying I have words in my description that aren't even there... e.g., I mentioned the word "Google" once in my description for one of my gigs, and an error came back saying, you've mentioned "Goog" too many times in your description... WTF? Every time I open a support ticket with them, I get the most useless responses in the world -- they basically re-iterate to me what I asked them in the first place.

    That is to be expected from Fiverr since they got second round funding of $15 Million USD

    The site now sucks!

    I got the same problem too..I only put the word Google once & their system said I mentioned it too much? Other seller wrote it like twice but still pass..its not fair..

    yeah they really sucks. I have tried to contact them due to my payment issues but no good response in 13 days. What should I say about this?

    The worst support team I've ever dealt with.
    Automated answers, unpersonal attention, etc. That's why I got away from there

    Maybe we should start using sites that are similar to fiverr. Unless fiverr starts losing business it is unlikely to improve.

    What's the best alternative to fiverr?

    Honestly, its about time someone started a Fiverr alternative and everyone got together from BHW and put their services on there instead of Fiverr. They're become really crap recently -- they used to be good a while back.
