Sorry to hear that. I know how is to be a seller on Fiverr... The 80% of customers don't even read what you write in description of gig but after you deliver the work they complain and give you negatives without any explanations. Tried to negotiate with buyers in a best polite manner, but instead got a Warning from Fiverr Support, because one customer complained and I was unable to answer couple of days when I was out of town.
My advice is to continuously improving and hard working, there are still some customers that really appreciate your work and make you smile with their kind words in feedbacks.

Unfortunately people do not read descriptions on gigs .. They only read the title. Have you tried to contact buyer in advance so you can explain ... totally agree the support is useless

I bought a Fiverr gig from a seller who promised to distribute press releases for me. He said he delivered, but provided no proof, other than a lame screenshot. I could not tell if I got anything for my money, so I gave him a three star rating (not good or bad). I did not ask for a refund or otherwise complain. Shortly after the review, he sent a message offering me a refund if I would change the review because it prevented him from adding extra gigs. I improved the review, but did not take the refund.
Buyers and sellers have difficulties there. Fiverr should have a manager check the service (like they do on this forum) and approve it. Then the seller would get more respect because going against the seller is also going against the manager that approved the service.

I agree that Fiverr sucks sometimes, though, there is not much you can do. Cover your losses and move on. If you are a content provider, I am definitely sure that you shouldn't be selling anything on Fiverr for $5. Instead, offer real value and let people pay good money for it somewhere else. In that case, you are only going to get real buyers paying good money.
If, however, you are not the one who can go outside of Fiverr and provide good content, then I am definitely sure why people are complaining about your gig.
My point: Quit Fiverr! They suck, and you need to bend over to buyers for $4. It is ridiculous! So, pretty simple, don't do it!
