Fiverr sucks!!! I'm done!

Yes! Fiverr support sucks

I am using fiverr from 1+ Years and my overall rating is 96% i have completed 160 Gigs so far. The rating is 96 because i had to cancel few orders due to my illness and from fiverr automatically canceled the gig and gave me 7 negative reveiws. The best part of my account is i dont have any negative review from customers!

I have contacted fiverr regarding this issue they said buyer are not interested in my gigs!!Strange, I am giving lots more then many fiverr seller who are selling low in quantity and quality them me and getting lots of orders daily.
ATey didnt helped me!

They never Help and their ranking algorithm is bullshit.
(But they have replied my every ticked without help)

As a seller, maybe it sucks, yes. But I'm a buyer and Its a freaking gold mine if used correctly.

it sucks.they expect them heavens for $5dollars..if you want quality,u got to pay more

Most fiverr gigs suck, fiverr is meant for outsourcing. I used to outsource twitter followers from there.

I have to agree with the OP's sentiment. Buyers seem to expect the world for $5. The fact that anyone thinks they can purchase a top quality 500 word plus article for only $4 bemuses me. Elance and other similar sites are much better if you don't mind providing a comprehensive service.

Not a huge fan of selling on Fiverr...Although I do purchase gig every here and there...

be easy, man, what you are selling?yep, their support is not cool, but it will be fine if you can make your title/description more clearly.Have met some customers like this before but since changed the description and title,it goes better,
be patient,it will be cool

Hey everybody,

I think that you know me and Crorkservice team on Fiverr.
I want to give some advice to novice Fiverr players.
Patience and work, perseverance and continuous improvement, this is the key to success.
Self-development is the way to become successful and start making good money!

Regards,
Alman

I definitely agree that Fiverr is unfair to sellers. I had an account with a great rep and several well performing gigs that got whacked by one customer that did a bulk order, didn't read that I require more time on bulk orders, and then cancelled for nondelivery leaving me bad feedback for each of the 50 items he purchased. Couple that with the $4 per job, risking losing your gig extras over idiots that can't read, and then a 14 day wait to get your money it's just not worth it. I'm spending my time now on higher earning potential sites and promoting Amazon products.

I remember having one gig there for the article writing.

The buyer asked me to write - 500 Words original content, 5 keywords used 4 times in 4 paragraphs, native english writing, good flow. And when you do as they expected, writing doesn't sound like human written (yeah f** right). The writing should be like new york times author by they paying 5 bucks with so much SEO spam requirements. I wonder how come any native english person talk about 5 keywords without being gibberish? Buyers suck more than the system.

Fiverr is great. Just be flexible and try to be friendly. Some customers are super critical and expect the world for a few bucks, but most are nice and super positive. Fiverr Support always helped me work out stuff with clients. Yes, I do have received a few negative feedbacks and resolved all but one...

Tbh I like the idea and system of Fiverr but the customers on Fiverr are a different league - they demand the world for 5$ this the only thing I don't like about it

I also never asked for a refund on Fiverr. I just hope that they will improve their support to sellers.

Bro, You find Scammers on BHW, Fiverr, Odesk ..anywhere you try.. You will find some People who want you to do work and want money Back. Best way is to give them Money back and Work..Try keep Try to find few Returning Customers who are Real Buyers for your Gig..and you might not need to have those Scammers to purchase. but in market it is Common to find all type of Buyers.

Fiverr's support definitely favors the buyers, the least they can do is prevent brand new members from leaving feedback; you get some real lowlife ducks that register new accounts just to buy a gig and leave a negative feedback

Lol that's pretty awkward they were quite good at support and other stuff.

there support is buyer orientated ..... they have enough sellers anyway.

I am on board with you. What I am sick of is that Customer Service ALWAYS leans in favor of the buyers. There is a new website based on a similar model but lets you offer what they call "deliverable services." They let you do all kinds of odds and ends jobs to earn extra money: lawn care, pet care, run errands, and so on as well as a handful of web-based services. They are brand new and called WageFarer.

Stay away from fiver, my gig with 20+ reviews(=more sells) got deleted after i uploaded a video, remade the gig, got deleted after adding an extra fee...
I was selling a selfmade instagram script, and they allow 2 users to sell a pirated version of instaget, fml
....

I absolute agree with most of you guys. 90% of the support sucks today. Tons of buyers that direct post "refund and I will replace the feedback". This is against fiverr's TOS, but most people from the support don't give a fu**. Buyer's rating don't even shows.

In my option - get their $5 and say thank you. Leave them negative feedback explaining where the problem is for the others buyers. A lot of people just copy my ideas, some of them even my pics - now fiverr promote them as top rated sellers, while I'm stick on level 2 from about 2 years.

Fiverr give me the start - over 5 years I was on + total $300, now I get $300 weekly from fiverr only (from $2000 weekly last year), so will stick with them. I believe they will be better soon, even I wait for this from about 1 year. When fiverr 2.0 was online everything just fall down including their alexa ranking and people trust.

It is great idea to create a thread here, where we will post this beach sh1tty buyers, becasue if we do it on fiverr forum, we can get suspended from fiverr possibly.
