Fiverr sucks!!! I'm done!

Fiverr is getting saturated with scammers.people selling and not delivering their orders.its scary now

I'm no 5er fan but in the interest of discusion, counterpoint argument is; if the original poster writes that buyers don't understand the instructions and/or descriptions then it is the sellers duty to correct the gig. There is so much "crap" on 5er they have got to keep a tight rein on sellers or it would be a nightmare for consumers. And the consumers spend the money, so 5er is only protecting the money people. I blame the consuming public. They love a deal and if it is a "real good deal" then they try to steal that much more.

You made the right decision, fiverr just a place ruins the marketing.

A friends of mine sells on fiverr for graphic solution. He makes good money but had troubles getting the
money out. Support is suck and not much else to say.

Cashed out over 600 bucks so far with fiverr and yes, some peopple on there expect a Ferrari Enzo for 5 bucks. Still, it's some of the easiest money you'll ever make and worth keeping an account active for. If nothing else, the money earned there should be able to pay for hosting each month.

My best gigs are the ones that take less than 1 minute to deliver. If delivery time is greater than this, then we are talking about something very involved and therefore worthy of a higher charge. If you play by Fiverr's rules they'll allow you to offer extras--this way you can charge customers a fair price for the value you offer.

Good luck mate

I have something to say about this - Give them a refund and record their order and demands and next ime they try to order from you post this message - SORRY, THE QUOTA HAS BEEN FILLED, BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME.

I had over a thousand orders and haven't been scammed yet thankfully, never needed to contact support either. I had only 1 negative review so far about a month ago (it was my mistake).
Just be polite and over-deliver (surprise them). Refund rate is less than 1%. If you don't give them an excuse to leave negative feedback, they almost never do imo. The most important thing is not to argue with the buyer; if he's unhappy just refund, don't take it personal. Remember that your goal is to make money, not to not get scammed by a tiny minority of bad buyers.

Good for you, there are so many dumb and stupid people out there

I used to do fiverr too...had some good earning from logo design gig....i managed to earn 1300 usd from fiverr all together..like in 2-3 months...it was hell of a stress lol...ppl who order logos are just dum b...they want some 3d stuff for 5 bucks etc...and yes..they dont read description.....anyways..im done with fiverr too...tried bunch of clones...nothing working except five squids...it uk based and its in UK pounds...so you get more money....i dont have much work there..but i can get some extra loot from time to time...kinda miss old fiverr days... but it is what it is. Cheers fellas!:)

I'm a level 2 seller and have been for a few months now. I'm sick of all these stupid customers that don't read gig descriptions, order my gig, leave me negative feedback and then demand a refund from me after I've delivered exactly what I said I would. What do these people expect from us for $5?!?! Support is also useless, they never answer any of the questions or tickets I submit...

Good for you! I considered trying Fiverr out of curiosity, but I would NEVER offer to write an article for such a low rate because those clients are insane. They are going on bad advice to look for cheap content to begin with, and I'm not saying there's no $5 writers who can provide quality. Some just haven't realized their worth yet. In any case, the second you decide to stop selling yourself short is a breakthrough moment in your career. It's good to keep things affordable for good clients, but you will never find a good client on a $5 site. :)

Pffft to fiverr. I would never sell my services on fiverr. You get paid pennies for the time you put in. I feel so sorry for the sellers on there, that whenever I order something, I never ask for changes. I almost always take it as its presented to me, first time, because frankly for $5 they are ripping themselves off most of the time and I feel dirty asking for extra work ;)

I'm finished with this bullshit site that allows buyers to shit all over the sellers!!! Once my $250 clears I'm out!

yeah thats true..
why not you sell you service here at BHW at Fiverr price..
and i wonder if here got $5 service section like Fiverr, sure best..

i'm spending like 20 a day on fiverr now and i feel bad for the sellers; i look at the negative feedback and i just want to say "what the 8uck do you want for 5 dollars". i just cant believe some people. as a buy though i have to say the support sucks for us too. i bought 5k youtube views and none of them showed up, i contacted support because i was angry cause i asked the guy prior to ordering the gig if his method was still working - he said yes. anyway, support asked me what evidence i had that he didn't do the work and i gave them a link to the video so they could clearly see i didn't get a single view. they didn't give a 8uck.

Yeah wasn't feelin Fiverr, never had any complaints because I allowed myself to be a slave to the customer. Gave me enough money to purchase a course I really wanted back in the day though.

I gave them up as well, their support does suck bad. Got tired of selling real traffic and then idiots crying about it and i'm out money...
