There is lot of money to be made with fiverr. Your plan should be to outsource all the work from someone else for scaling the profit.

If you have good skills then you are welcome otherwise you should skip. But at this moment many of the big clients switched to other places because of the Israel and Palestine war. So think twice before getting into it.

Yes, you can still make good money on Fiverr. You need to learn how to drive traffic to your gigs.
yes it does well. but if you start getting warnings, and fiverr decides to suspend you, it is bad.
fiverr support is bad nowadays, they ban and suspend for no reasons at all, and for very minor mistakes.
like if you have a word in your gig description that is against TOS, you will get a warning instead of an email asking you to change it before getting a warning.
3 warnings and you're done for life

I wouldn't recommend joining Fiverr unless you do the following:
1. You have to niche down. Go into hyper-specific niches with decent demand. That way, you have a chance to be seen.
2. You have to treat it like a business. Days of posting a gig, waiting, and getting clients are long gone. You need to network, SEO, buy reviews, use paid ads, etc.
Once you get big, I recommend you diversify to other platforms and start your website. Like people here said, a few mistakes and your business is gone. You could also sell the account or delegate the work.
