Fiverr started to become scammers i think

Well,
Here is the story,
I have made about 360$ there, and i didn't have time to take other gigs and even check the fiverr due to some problems on my real life.
Anyway,
Since 2-3 months i'm trying to withdraw my money, and they are saying that you feedback is not 90%. It is not because a lot of gigs were cancelled and not of unsatisfied costumers.
I'm getting the same answer again and again.

Check their answer:
", once you arrange feedback removals on the majority of your unsuccessful deliveries, raising your seller rating to at least 90%, it should be possible for us to assist you further in regard to revenue withdrawal."

Pretty funny though, because even the client's cant remove the "order was cancelled, seller didn't sent on time" feedback's. Do you have any suggestion on what should i do, or whom should i contact?
Or Fiverr are becoming scamers?

Because i didn't even had time to thing about fiverr due to some health problems.
But i do not really know how they can tell me that i will have to have my feedback more than 90% to withdraw my money.
In fact those money belong to me and they can only restrict me for a period of 45-90 days, i think, but they are really acting funny now.

Not that it is a lot of money and i can't live without, but it's my money.

@Beven They are letting people sell stuff that are not legit. For example, if I sell you a useless money making program then you are not really getting anything for your money.

It is their problem and they have to make their system stronger about that,
but i was selling logos there, and i think it was pretty legit.

And i can't even remove those negative feedbacks because they are not there because of any unhappy costumer, but because i couldn't login on fiverr and people ordered the gigs and cancelled them.

Sorry I hate wasting time on people that don't complete there gigs time , then you have to cancel and order elsewhere. You need to get your stuff together. And if you had emergency you should pause or close gigs. Hope you learn!

They can't possibly know if every service is legit or not. Even the most popular marketplaces like eBay suffer from scammers, but this doesn't make eBay scammers, all they are doing is providing a service..

So let me get this straight... you couldn't fulfill gigs because you were "sick"? But you still let clients book your gigs and by doing that pay you, even though you wouldn't be able to fulfill it?

Right... I really don't know why they don't let you take that money

I have my gig before too and since I can't do that job anymore, i just paused it. its just one click of a button, you know and it won't take you 5 minutes to do that.

hopefully you'll be able to get this resolve soon. This doesn't make fiverr a scammer really...

I think Fiverr is searching by them self for good gigs and keep them on the first pages.

Otherwise more than those "Top Sellers" should become successfull.

Sounds kinda dodgy, I've had my run ins with fiverr not approving my gigs that are 100% legit services in website advertising. and for a while there they were just declining everything i put up on fiverr, however I was getting awesome feedback from all buyers and not a single thumbs down and I managed to get level 2 seller in about a week.
Then after that they were ok with me and they havnt declined a single gig since.
I think some of the fiverr staff are nazis with shit like this. So I guess you pissed them off and now you have to repair the damages.
I dont think they are scammers they are just trying to stop the scamming and trying to maintain high ranking sellers.
But yeah its still very weird that they will hold your money like that.
What can i say, you have to follow their rules.

What's stopping you from selling? Or did I missed something?
