Couldn't find anything recent in search, but has anyone tried promoting email submits using services off Fiverr like this one for example: http://www.fiverr.com/trafficvetera...or-message-ad-to-400-000-double-optin-members ?

The reviews are fake, these things on fiverr are never real, things like promoting you to 20 million people on facebook, those are never real, the traffic don't convert or you get little traffic

Can't think of seeing any trustworthy gigs off Fiverr for traffic. Better off putting towards a Facebook ads campaign
