They are having issues at the moment which they are trying to resolve. I really doubt they are trying to run off with your money.

First mention of the Hotmail problem on their Twitter is 3 days ago.

Seen as you've been facing this problem for a month, I can only presume you've submitted support tickets? What did they say?

You can wait until the issue is resolved. But if you want to change your Paypal email address on fiverr to a different client, this requires a verification proces.

response 2 Ryan - Fiverr's Customer Support Team, Nov-25 21:03 (IST):
Hi saphire,

Thank you for your inquiry. For the security of the account, please forward the following:

1. a scanned copy of your passport or another government-issued ID - the name must be the same as it appears on your PayPal account that was used for the Fiverr transactions

2. a test deposit from PayPal to Fiverr, for the minimum amount allowed by PayPal (such as $0.01, etc.) - this amount would be NON-REFUNDABLE as it is costly for us to process this authentication. That test deposit should be sent to [email protected], and please send us the PayPal transaction ID associated with that test deposit

You can substitute the test-deposit with a Fiverr-related PayPal transaction ID that corresponds to the FIRST PayPal account used on the Fiverr account in question.

3. your PayPal account I.D./email - the same I.D. as was used for your FIRST Fiverr transaction.

We ask for your understanding in going through this process as we take the security of the account seriously.

Regards,

Fiverr Administration

So send them some ID and get it changed.

Also, you say you've had the problem for one month? Are you sure? Why did you only send a ticket today?

i am sending them tickets from month every time they reply same problem is that my paypal name didnt match with my id but today i submitted my id as last hope lets see what happen

I just added Fiverr to my "Safelist" and it came through just fine. Do you have any emails from Fiverr in your Inbox so you can add them to your contact list? Its just because Fiverrs email is basically blacklisted from Hotmail but if you mark them as safe, the email should come through. It worked for me anyways.

Add this email to your contact list and then try withdrawl request again:

Also try clicking on Options > Safe and blocked senders > Safe senders and add that email address to Safe Senders.

I'm having exactly the same issue as OP, but unfortunately your trick isn't working for me. @fiverr.com already is added to my safe senders list.
