Fiverr Services?

Anyone use any fiverr services as a means for outsourcing the promoting of a cpa offer/site. Any that actually showed some results?

the only thing i have considered from fiverr is buying traffic but i mean idk im new to the IM game so im sure there's alot more im trying to scale my cpa offers as much as possible
