I tried to create keyword rich gigs before but without any success.
I think Fiverr just randomly rotates the gigs until you get a decent amount of sales and they start showing you more often to buyers.. +10 fake purchases didn't do the trick for me.

It's true that Fiverr Randomly rotates the gig but nothing happens with fake purchases.You will have to bring organic traffic for work, which you will get by social media platforms only.
