The problem is that they don't have a freaking keyword tool.
They'd actually make more money if they developed one.
Sellers would then know what buyers are looking for!

and another thing: delivered orders aren't auto-completing after 3 days since 5th March, anybody did notice this too or is it just me?
this sucks, because lots of buyers don't even bother marking the gig completed and the 14 day clearing period can't start until the order is in upcoming status, which they're in now
i already contacted the support, they said, they're working on it, so i guess it's a general issue

Same shit here...gigs ordered on march 2nd not gettting marked complete...sent them a messsage yesterday..they said they are working on this
 
My previous post about orders getting back to usual was a little premature I think.

I'm still facing a massive slump in orders. Most of the ones I get right now are repeat customers.

I wasn't shifting massive amounts like some people here. One gig, maybe 5-6 orders a day. Now it's more like 1-2 orders a day.

But it's way worse now that it was some days ago

Now if we look at "seo" there is again some random gigs.

Searching "seo" , and going to "rating" we see the first one with 96 % positive reviews.
How cool is that ? [/sarcasm]
 
i also got no order today, I think they must fix the search algorithm.
 
Kinda off topic but how on holy jesus name are you able to get 200 orders ago sololy on fiverr?

I can't even get anything made on fiverr! Isn't the whole site really saturated?

Man this sucks. I was near the top for 'seo' and 'links' and noticed a drop in sales yesterday. Sure enough my 6 month old 1000+ 100% positive feedback gig is being outranked by gigs with around 20 feedback. Support just got back to me with the following:

The search is there not only to reward certain users (no matter how successful), but also to provide opportunities to others as well, as reflected by the editorial focus and diversity of gigs on Fiverr. Also, search results are constantly changing and algorithms updated to give different sellers a chance. Please understand that the search is working and we simply cannot discuss intimate details about our systems.

Just had another look at the top few and they appear to all be fairly old gigs, with their first feedbacks being left around a year ago.

Hello crokservice. Fancy meeting you here. You ordered my gig in the past and I also ordered your gig recently.

We definitely need to ask Fiverr about this.
 
I would urge anybody that has been affected by this to message support. I politely put my case forward and Max from suport has said he is forwarding it to the manager.

Just mention that it is silly how when you search for top rated gigs, you are being shown gigs that have little to no good feedback whereas before the search was useful.

I would even say it is worth non-sellers messaging because we are never going to be able to find good gigs via search now!

It happened before and it will happen again. They are experiencing some huge problems at the moment but in a few days everything is going to get back to normal...
 
Hey guys,

Fiverr updated the sort by "rating" option around an hour ago, thanks God they came to their senses.. :D

That was the most vital option that they had to fix in my opinion, all others don't really matter, lol

Just thought I'd update you!

P.S this option is really important for sellers like me, and let me tell you for the past 18 hours maybe, that they fucked this option with, my sales decreased fucking almost 300% lol.
