Fiverr Sellers IMPORTANT NOTICE

Same problem here orders went down 300%.

My best gig was ranking 4# for seo and now nowhere with poor gigs with 100 positive ratings in front of mine with 4500.

I did send them messages to support and they told me they will send them further to their "team".

What they have done is really stupid so I hope they will fix it

I too have felt a drop in orders. Didn't know it was happening to everyone. Will contact them about this.

BTW, how did you manage to get to 200 orders/day? That's huge.

Very hard to get a response from fiverr support.

I've tried various times.
 
This happened to me also
I have a an account and got about 6-10 orders / day

This maybe a thing from fiverr , that they want to "promote new gigs" when they added their shitty level/stars thing

But my orders dropped hard , now i received 1-2 orders / day , but i thought it's because they deranked my gig or something

Their team is highly unprofessional. Their website is full of bugs, they don't answer tickets, i have about 4-5 opened tickets , and they simply don't answer them

I will look closely to this thread, and open another ticket on their website, maybe something will change
 
they changed something in the algorithm which fucked everyone who was ranking before, I'm still trying to figure out the new important factors

As a user of fiverr services, I noticed this yesterday when I was sorting by ranking. This stinks because I find top rated sellers on pages 3,4, and 5 instead of the top where they belong. I thought it was just me...hope this gets worked out for you guys.
 
same here people...I am also facing the same issue...No Orders and No messages since past 24 hours...I was getting 5 to 7 orders average daily and now suddenly i feel i am dumped in no mans land

I even contacted them and reply comes

We are not able to guarantee where a gig will be found in search results. We are also providing other users a chance at the limelight. Thank you for your understanding.

They should not promote newbies at the cost of demotivating old and reputed sellers...

I just checked and all my ranking are restored and did a couple of searches and everything seems fine for me now
 
If it's named search by rating, that means there I should be found gigs with best rating)) Not newbies


Write them that your isssues is related to "search by rating"
 
Yeah, I noticed a drop in orders rate. I sincerely hope this would be fixed, it takes a while to build a successful gig, unfair to lose it just like that.

they eventually will realize, they're loosing a couple grand every day because of these retarded changes, they generate more work for the support, because of non-rated, noob sellers not delivering, doing bad job, which will lead to unsatisfied buyers, disputes, fiverr won't make money on these transactions, so they won't have other choice than reverting it back they way it was before, why fix which is not broken?!
 
The thing its this been happend since 14-15/feb at least for me
and i havent see any repair or something from them
But fiverr its loosing money on this bug/search thing or what ever this it
