Fiverr Seller Problem anyone experiencing this too?

    I'm having a problem at the moment with selling on fiverr it started yesterday as i received an order from my gig, as usual i have to send my work ASAP and i did, then problem strikes even though i already send my work the clock is still ticking and not marked as complete and after a day it was tagged as LATE delivery i already contacted their support but still got no response. i posted here to see if someone else experiencing this bug or problem with fiverr or am i missing something?

    yea, i'm familiar with this

    what you can try is re-deliver the order or if that doesn't help and the support doesn't come through either, you can just wait for the 3 days and see if your order will be marked as complete automatically or not

    if you received the order only yesterday, it doesn't necessarily need to be marked as complete just now, a lot of buyers don't do that, so you need to wait 3 days in a lot of cases for fiverr to mark your order as complete automatically

    best to contact fiverr support and message the buyer with this issue

    @HoNeyBiRD yes i also notice that you have to wait til 3 days before it marks complete i guess that will i have to for now.

    @nnahlee yes i already contact both support and the buyer. the buyer said that he did not receive anything.

    anyways thanks for both of you :D il report back if something good happens hopefully.

    on a second note, if re-delivering the order doesn't help, you can ask the buyer if he/she received the order or not, because now it seems the delivery is late (despite you delivered) and he/she can cancel the order, so maybe don't risk that :)
