I completed an order on Fiverr before 25 days ago and buyer left a positive feedback when i delivered. Today i got a notification that
"The Buyer Cancelled the Order And Got Refund"

That's not cool. Did you file a complaint? Or file an appeal? I didn't find the user on Fiverr - maybe they kicked them off already. Good luck!

yes i sent them a request to investigate this issue.

Keep all the proofs ready in case fiverr ask for them.
Hopefully the claim will be in your favor.

All the Best!

Chargeback options are absolutely ridiculous nowadays.

PayPal
Fiverr

You name it. It's getting to where you never know if
you actually received any money or not.

They are crap, I placed an order with PayPal and my money just vanished, the support said the order wasn't placed but they took my money.

Shit happens. If you're long enough on Fiverr and delivered enough orders, you'll see chargebacks for orders completed months ago. More than likely the buyer did a chargeback via PayPal filing an unauthorized charge claim, which would explain why the user cannot be found on Fiverr anymore. This money is gone, move on.

What was the work? Any way to remove it or make him realize it was a bad idea?

paypal is shitty, everyone agree
And the buyer protection program is against humans

You can simply create 2 paypal accounts (or ask someone) and charge your self by opening disoutes against you until ''buyer protection prgram will cover unauthorised transaction''

LOL

What happens if you pay for logo from fiverr but you don't like it? I need a hawk logo but don't wanna pay $30 unless I like it. I never used fiverr.

Oh no, sounds bad. I am a buyer on Fivrr, can't believe someone can do this.

Usually designers offer free revisions, one or more, it's up to the certain individual. Check the gig description. If you still aren't satisfied after the revision(s), you can ask the Fiverr support to step in, but it's up to them whether they defide in your favor or the seller's, design can be pretty subjective.

noting gonna happen because fiverr is working on ONLY BUYER PROSPECTIVE! Same thing happened with me for twice. Try if something happens, thats why i leave fiverr to work on.

I know this is Chargeback but that is not my problem because they earning too much from both side. (Buyer & Seller). I completed my order on time and got positive feedback.

Is the buyer supporting you or able to communicate with him ?

Order Amount Was - $160 and i can't delete the work.
Quit fiverr 3 years ago when i lost $600+ because the buyer made claims through paypal after getting the work done, fiverr will never pay you, move on.

That's great, but it's ending up being your problem, no?

You say, you know it's a chargeback, but you don't seem to get it. A chargeback happened, Fiverr doesn't have this money anymore. Fiverr wants to avoid chargebacks just as much as you do, because when a chargeback happens, their cut is gone too, not just yours. What do you expect from them, pay $160 (minus their and PayPal's cut) to you out of their own pockets, when they don't have these funds from the buyer anymore? In cases like this Fiverr is innocent and they can't do anything other than banning the rogue buyer after the fact. It's in their best interest to keep chargebacks at the lowest level possible. It's clearly a PayPal issue, if you want to be mad at someone, it should be PayPal, because they still cannot seem to figure out how to stop scams like this.

You either accept that these scams are the part of doing business via PayPal directly or indirectly or you can quit selling on marketplaces which support PayPal, there is no other option, i'm afraid.
