Maybe I'm too American but I believe in innocence until proven guilty. Making a list of "the guilty" with no ability to appeal and no request for proof seems like a bad idea. Maybe the idea could work but it needs to be modified and regulated a little better.

Fair play. From now on, I will need to be PM'ed about this issue with photo proof before adding it to the list. When you get bastards like the one I encountered though, I'm just trying to save people doing work.

Avoid this company on linkedin and around the internet, there company name is (Ensurity Group Inc) on Linkedin
they're very dishonest people, they hired me on fiverr to advertise for them and get them alot of information and products and then after i had over delivered on their order on fiverr and i worked so hard for them they then made up a flimsy excuse saying "its not the order they expected" in order to get there $45 back and receive free products

if you're a seller on fiverr or any other gig site and a buyer named "ensuritygroup" trys to order from you then I highly recommend that you avoid this person and this company, i feel the strong need to WARN others so they can avoid getting scammed atleast by these people ..it's disgraceful behaviour by this company, so only imaging what would happen if you actually bought any kind of insurance policy from them.. i wouldn't risk it

Some scamer that I saw from india and pakistan

They actually use paypal to scam people. After order Delivered they charge back and Fiverr don't check any charge back issue.So,normally all of this scammer win every time.They create new account and do that always. last month I lost 250$+, I have delivered order and after few days they charge back.

This list won`t work because those scammers will delete their accounts and create new with different usernames ,so they will continue to scam people.
