no, that can't be it, if he was banned, he was just the usual scammer and he must have paid with a hacked paypal/stolen CC, hence fiverr banned his ass
what i said above, your demotion has something to do with you not providing good enough support to one or more of your buyers, even if you don't feel like it, you got reported, you got demoted
but nobody will be able to tell you the exact reason except their support
I'm level 2 seller. How to became Top Seller ? i have over 100 feedbacks

https://www.fiverr.com/levelstldr, the selection process is manual, you need to have exceptional gigs, customer support, feedback and deliver on time and a bunch of other things which is listed on the page linked above to meet the requirements
and they can take the title back anytime they see fit, just as it happened to me
i was a top rated seller once, it was pretty easy to become one back then when the whole thing started, but i'm having basically the same 20 gigs since 4 years now and stopped answering to stupid question a long ago, i mean seriously, RTFM, i guess they caught up onto that and they put me back with one level lol

no answer from the support or from us? we won't be able to tell you anything else other than what was already told above, i'm afraid you need to wait for the support, if you need the exact reasonThey have upgrated me to level 2 now. i ask why this happend and why i dont get orders anymore hmm no answer

Well I wish you the best of luck getting all that resolved. I used to sell on Fiverr and got a lot of orders, but then I got all screwed up because I couldn't keep up with them all now I have a 55% rating. So I no longer use Fiverr.

Fiverr is crap if you want to make it a source of income. It's better to use for short term than for a single long term supplement of income. It doesn't matter about traffic stats, it matters about quality reviews and more. I can pump ads on YouTube, TV, ppc networks, incentive traffic and more and gain top 100 in USA but that does not mean I actually have any good business practice or value. It means that I am really good at advertising and generating traffic.

I used to get orders almost every day, but after that, i only got like 4 orders in 9 days
I even had to buy 2 vps servers to keep up with my orders. All is over now i guess

I am really sorry to see you have had such an experience with Fiverr.
I hope you can get a favorable solution to the problem.
Have you considered giving smaller, lesser known micro gig sites a try.
I realise things might not be the same as Fiverr, but an alternative is better to nothing.
I have contacted them many times but they stopped answering me. This is the last message i got 16 days ago.

Fiverr have so much rules and they enforce it strictly there
I think there are a couple of probability that can cause this
- The buyer report the gigs and account as scam
- Try to exchange contact with buyer
- Spam another user mailbox and they report you
- Get caught in review exchange
- Using multiple account that linked to same paypal
Well that is what I can think off
But if you get downgraded like that without reason and with the 20% cut they take from your hard earned work I think that is kinda harsh

sometimes i help my friend complete orders because he has 80+ almost all the time, and in exchange he buy my gig and i dont deliver reports and stuff to him like i do my customers hmm maby thats it?

Stop complaining about using Fiverr if you can't keep up with their standards.
You can easily utilize another clone or sell your services on discussion boards by creating a Buy, Sell or Trade thread.
Another third party platform might be a suitable option for your dire and individual circumstances.
