and you will be able to release the payment only after work is done .

Go with level 2 , top level sellers with 100+ reviews . I don't think people will be able to add lots of fake reviews without getting there account flagged .

And as i said above , you will only be paying after the work is delivered .
So there is no risk for the buyer .

Make all the communication and payments inside fiverr to avoid any inconvenience .
